Although Lisa has recently stepped into a new role, she has worked for Samaritas for 39 years. She began her career in 1979 and immediately found her life’s passion. Lisa is rewarded by the great advice and interesting perspective of those she has had the privilege of caring for. Serving seniors with a lifetime of knowledge to share, Lisa has come to understand they truly know what’s important in life.
Over the course of her 39 years, Lisa has served in many roles including Nutrition Services, Admissions, Activities, Therapy Director and with the Corporate Quality Team. She earned her Nursing Home Administrators License in 2018 from Michigan State University. Lisa became our Administrator in January of 2019.
She prides herself on being a grandmother to two beautiful grandchildren with one more on the way. Lisa comes with a foundation of support and encouragement from her husband and three children.
As a Cadillac native, she is passionate about continuing Samaritas’ mission to serve others as an expression of the love of Christ and to become more greatly connected to our community. She is excited for the opportunity to serve alongside a team who is already providing exceptional care and compassion. With a focus on culture change, Lisa is grateful to be on this journey with such a dedicated team.
If you see her around, make sure to welcome her to the Samaritas family.
