evelyn photo This is Evelyn…delivering mattresses for newly arriving refugees. She is one of hundreds of Samaritas volunteers that help our Refugee Services Team. Every single day, refugee families come into our care exhausted after the long journey of fleeing their homeland or refugee camp. Their experiences are heartbreaking and filled with trauma, creating a weariness and fatigue. The night they arrive we want to ensure they have a place to rest; a bed all their own where they can find comfort and a sense of peace. This Giving Tuesday, join Evelyn in the “Place to Rest for Refugees” Challenge. Help us provide new beds for 50 vulnerable refugees.

For $50 - you can provide fresh linens.
For $150 - you can provide a bed.
For $600 - you can provide a family of 4 with beds.
