The Samaritas Post Resettlement program offers extended case management services for eligible individuals and families to promote long term self-sufficiency and community integration.

Services that are available through the Post Resettlement program:

  • Help with cultural orientation and community integration
  • Help with applying for and navigating DHHS benefits
  • Financial literacy
  • Help with obtaining Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) classes
  • Interpretation/Translation related to available services
  • Transportation related to available services
  • Matching with a volunteer cultural mentor for additional support

This program is for anyone who has been in the United States less than 5 years AND is a Refugee, Asylee, Victim of Trafficking, Cuban/Haitian Entrant, Special Immigrant Visa (SIV), or Qualified Amerasian from Vietnam.
